I build custom mobile and/or web applications that are designed to your specifications. I use a collaborative project process that guarantees your ideas are fully realized in working, production-quality code. I work iteratively and demonstrate progress frequently so you will experience your app taking shape right before your eyes!

It depends. :-) Contact me to discuss your idea and I'll give you a free estimate. For apps that are well-specified I can give you a fixed-price. Or I can work on a time and materials basis. My fees are reasonable, competitive, and negotiable. I'm sure we can work something out!
I'm a certified Agile Software Development professional (SPC, CSM) and I believe strongly in the benefits of self-directed work teams. When I'm working with you individually we will establish a comfortable cadence where we iterate on your requirements and I will demonstrate progress frequently. When working with your established teams I'll adapt quickly to your methodology and cadence.

I do! No matter if I'm working individually, am part of your team, or leading your team I am "hands-on" designing and coding your application. I'll never hand off your project to anyone else once we engage. I always finish what I start.
You do! Most projects are considered "work for hire" and the client owns the source code (exceptions to this are clearly agreed and documented). I'll use my own source control systems during the project and when complete the code will be documented and delivered to you.
I'm based just outside of Boston on the North Shore of Massachusetts, USA. I work with clients all over the world. Most of my work is done remotely, but I'm happy to come visit your site whenever you like for any reason!
Sure thing! I have relationships (and expertise) with all major cloud infrastructure providers. I can configure, deploy, monitor, and operate your application so that it performs reliably at any scale.

I start new projects on Mondays, so most likely the Monday after we sign our agreement if that works for you.
